We also hope to pick up some Starlinks and battery generators. I reached out to @Delta employees asking for spare amenity kit bags they might have to use to make humanitarian aid “care packages.” So many people responded offering to ship what they’ve acquired during their travels to me and I couldn’t be more thankful! I created an Amazon wishlist for the contents. Inside will be the bare essentials for displaced individuals, kids, defenders returning home, people receiving healthcare, and anyone else that could use a little extra help. Things included on this wishlist: socks, toothbrushes, oatmeal packets, instant coffee and electrolyte beverage packets, wipes, hand sanitizer, baby wash (works for everyone and is gentle on skin), tissues, cutlery, combs, cloth diapers, diaper pins, pen and paper, hair combs, chapstick, ointment, nail clippers, bubbles for kids… I’ve made sure to think this through. Some kits will be made specifically for children. I need your help to get these materials ASAP so I can assemble as many kits as I possibly can before I leave. The kids’ face and hand wipes need to be purchased immediately. Then, the top priorities are: • baby wash + wipes to clean up • coffee/beverage packets and oatmeal • chapstick + ointments • medication packs • mini hand sanitizer bottles • toothbrushes & toothpaste (Not in any order, all of this is important) Here’s the list. Question re: botox I have quite possibly some of the worst jaw clenching/grinding/TMJ ever My dentist made me one of those custom expensive mouth guards and I chewed through that one and two replacement ones Botox is the only thing that kinda keeps me from breaking my teeth I’m not a fan of dental tourism in countries at war, it seems kinda tone deaf Should I go to Moldova for this? Anyone have insights?

It’s letters like these that remind me to keep going even when I have self-doubt. Because sometimes I feel bummed out just like anyone else. It’s normal. But I carry on.
