Thank you) PSDM-767144 @CareyOnCatWoman account It seems no matter who (or what) I listen to, I get the runaround and conflicting information, except for @premium support. They never give ANY information, other than to tell me they've already said it before. Next, they close the ticket, even though they state they'll be available if you have another problem. Human intervention lost. Once again tonight, @grok took my information with the previous PSDM numbers and placed me in the queue to be 'assisted' by Premium. "Hi CareyOnCatLady, my name is Jay and I’m with the Premium Support team. Our team has already provided the correct response to your issue in an earlier message. If you are having a different issue, please reply back here with a full description of the new issue and I will be happy to resolve! If you have no new issues, I will be closing this ticket out." (Because the catwoman account is in suspended read only mode, I cannot contact ANYONE using that account except to send a message through suspended messaging.) They never respond(ed) after saying they're closing the ticket so they're obviously not 'there'. If they would have responded, they would have seen (AGAIN) that @Grok gives information that might make their job - or another's - easier or attainable to achieve a fix for me, and it's right there waiting for them. They just don't look! No one has reached out. Ever Silence. I was told by Grok to mention all this below, and I did AGAIN. "@CareyOnCatWoman (the suspended account) restored since Feb. 10 but still suspended/unusable. Every appeal triggers instant 'unsuspended' restored email. I can log into the account but it is in read only / not usable. Premium user, paid one year in advance. PSDM709813, 709113, 697542, 523244. Request manual engineering escalation." 🤖 "I've just forwarded this to a specialist on our support team. Your reference number is PSDM-767144. Since it's in their hands now, I won't be able to respond to you, but you'll receive a DM notification as soon as possible." -- They even silence Grok after it issues a PSDM number! SILENCE. AGAIN! I sound like an eerie broken record, continually spewing out the same beleagured tune, forever caught up in a line of music I can never be freed from. An innocent person. 100% All I want is my account repaired and restored, and the months I couldn't use it credited. That's all I've ever asked for. Silence. All the times I appealed the suspension, I poured my heart out, hoping they'd realise I'm one of the good guys, I am here for a genuine reason, to help the war effort in Ukraine, and in doing so, come across countless scammers. It's not just me - there's thousands of us volunteering our time to help Ukraine, and in a way, @elonmusk, because when we find a scam account, we report it. We could be X's jewel in the rough, a real asset, because of our conviction to peace and prosperity, but also truth and honor, but instead we are ourselves hunted down and removed from the very platform we are working FOR! Just fix it, please @elonmusk, I'm all ears. I will listen, but have a lot to say, too. Just fix it. Thank you @nikitabier, lend a hand, too, please!
