Interesting to note that Adam Idah's league goal per minute figure is only slightly off Zan Vipotniks (138 vs 128). He's also only one goal short of Vipi's total for last season. If Vipi does go, he's earned the chance to prove himself capable of being the first choice IMO.

🦢 Žan Vipotnik in the Championship this season: 👕 Appearances: 4️⃣3️⃣ ⚽️ Goals: 2️⃣3️⃣ 🅰️ Assists: 3️⃣ Under contract at Swansea City until 2030, what do you believe is a realistic valuation the club should be asking for this summer amid anticipated interest? 🤔 #Swans

@lhanalysis_ Not to mention that our best player has been injured the past few weeks and had to be played at right back most of the time before that.

Matos came in, did his job, got us playing good football more often than not. Things aren’t perfect at times, subs are poor along with team selections but fans calling for his head is just bizarre. Judge him from next season onwards, what’s the point in chomping and changing when a couple of things go wrong.

EFL Goal of the Season 😍 Surely it's Josh Tymon? From this list. Surely? Seriously though?

@BettyBoochichi2 @obbsie Every day I see yet another reason why the Police should resign en masse. Trust me if the public sector won’t look after you, there are many excellent people in the private sector who will. People who run successful businesses. Individuals who will reward good performance.

A police officer has been cleared of assaulting a woman after a judge dismissed the case due to an administrative error. Sgt David Woods had been accused of knocking a phone out of the alleged victim's hand at a home in Witham in October 2022. The 44-year-old, of Coggeshall in Essex, was due to stand trial at Ipswich Magistrates' Court on 7 April, but the judge dismissed the case because the statutory time limit for prosecution had passed. Essex Police said Woods remained suspended from the force and that misconduct proceedings were ongoing. The alleged incident happened on 23 October 2022, but it was not reported to police until May 2024. The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said it did not receive a file for charging until late September that year. The police then revealed Woods had been charged in December 2024. However, for an assault of this nature, proceedings needed to commence within two years of the alleged offence, and needed to commence within six months of the alleged victim making a statement. It is unclear why the case was allowed to proceed, but the BBC understands that at court, it emerged an incorrect date had been written on the file for charging. Ipswich Magistrates' Court said Woods' legal costs would be paid for out of central funds. In a statement, an Essex Police spokesperson referred to the dismissal as an "administrative issue relating to the time taken for a charge to be authorised". "He remains suspended and misconduct proceedings are ongoing," they said. The CPS declined to comment further. Link to the article: bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

@onlyswanss Absolutely agree. Quite why they felt the need to skip to Wrexham's owners when many of us deliberately stayed on Main Event is unfathomable.

@SwansOfficial @SkyBetChamp Great to see him back and playing with confidence. Two nil up even with Ronald making no contribution whatsoever and Fulton gone back to his old ways of hiding and playing scared! Come on Matis please take them both off at half time. COYS

The stats say we had the slightly better chances over the 90 but our finishing has really let us down. Don't think we were as bad as some are saying, we were playing the league leaders away after all and competed well in the first half. Suffered in 2nd until we made subs

@SergeantSleep @joshthomas28020 @SamWheaty @secondtierpod I don’t know why I’m replying and debating but proper struggle to see how you much the better side. We were both proper shit. If I was a neutral I’d have gave up after 30 mins. Ref gave lots in our favour. Never saw any time wasting

Portsmouth fell to their 7th defeat in 9 games yesterday, leaving the club in the relegation zone. Is John Mousinho under pressure at Fratton Park? 🤔

@joshthomas28020 @bpay12 @SamWheaty @secondtierpod Not to mention Portsmouth spent the entire match time wasting and getting every decision under the sun from the ref. Swans easily the better side, but Portsmouth definitely looked like they had the potential to put us under far more pressure if they'd just gone for it.

🗓️ 𝑶𝒏𝒆 𝑫𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝑮𝒐 🗓️ There is just 1 day to go until we are back home and ready to do it all over again. It has been an exciting summer for the club. With 9 signings through the door and Snoop Dogg and Luka Modric on board as investors it is hard to see what more the club could do to peak the city’s interest. Yet ticket sales for tomorrow’s fixture remain disappointingly poor. It is the beginning of an exciting new era for the club. Be part of it. So, with tickets on sale via the new ticket office in the club shop or online for some of the best rates in the Championship, let’s pack out that stadium. The sun is shining ☀️Grab your mates, and get down the Swansea.Com stadium tomorrow 🦢

I’m not sold on Jusef Erabi - I can’t claim to have seen him play, but the goalscoring record seems a big step down from Richard Kone. He may be great and if he’s signed, I’d back him. My worry is that it seem’s that we’re going further and further down the list of strikers…

@01DWO Think they are two different things.. for example there may be learning but it doesn't mean there's misconduct. Either way, congratulations on the no case to answer.. must be huge relief!
