I have been a little less active on x recently. Many of you know I suffered an Achilles Tendon rupture on January 29 of this year. I had open invasive surgery to fully repair my tendon 2 weeks later. I had the stitches out a week ago today. I was on drowsy medication and sleeping more during the day to heal. Its been a tough road but I see the light. I still have to stay off my foot for the next 3 weeks and it will be a few months till I even begin to walk regularly. But I am grateful for this time to see myself from a different perspective and to take time off of social media. I will be back strong next week. Thank you to everyone who has reached out and shown support.
