Normal people living their lives don’t realize how delusional some of these white chicks in the first world are. I’ve been doing research on “the worst women” and the “worst men” by country when it comes to dating for a future video. I’m embarrassed to say that the “worst women” by a landslide are in the United States by all measures, followed by other 1st world Westernized countries. 😕 Here’s the trick though. The “Worst Men” aren’t in the United States. US men rank about mid level. When you consider cultures where abusing women and children are acceptable and normalized, many countries in the Mideast and in Africa have far more “bad men” than in the US. So if these delusional white chicks want to FAFO, by all means…. 💁‍♂️

Ok. Let’s do a comparison here using myself to illustrate an example because I am less embarrassingly fat nowadays 😆 Photo 1 was taken this morning. I’m like maybe 16-17% body fat right now at about 235-240lbs. The photo on the right is me around 9% body fat. In that photo I would still need to drop 10lbs to get under 6% for a body building show if I were to be playing to win. What do the girls like? Setting aside the fact that I’m an ugly monster lol, it’s not me on the right I promise you. Almost universally women would prefer me at 17% on the left. But as I said before in a previous post, SIZE matters. A girl wants a guy bigger than she is, so a shredded 140lb guy is going to be less universally attractive than a 200 lb guy at 20% body fat for most women. I’m doing this to illustrate a few points. One is most people don’t know what they are talking about when it comes to fat %. They don’t understand how lean 15-18% actually is on a muscular guy to be able to understand why women almost universally prefer that over “shredded” 8-10% or lower. So when women say they want a “dad bod” and aren’t running a psy-op, they really mean a slightly taller and slightly less muscular version of me at my body fat lol. Last is SIZE matters. I work out for performance more then looks; but if you are trying to look better for the ladies you would be better off 22% body fat but with muscle mass at over 200lbs then well under 200lbs and “shredded.” Some guys are ozempic-ing themselves to “victim weight” and not maintaining or gaining muscle mass. I don’t recommend this.
