We have received a lot of questions about when our miners will feature the new BM1373 chip, so we want to address it directly and honestly. The short answer is this: as soon as the Antminer S23 is released and BM1373 chips become genuinely available. Our team is working hard, tracking this closely every day, and we are ready to move the moment supply exists. We will not sit on our hands, and we will not keep you waiting any longer than the supply chain forces us to. The BM1373 is a Bitmain chip, produced only for Bitmain's own machines. While some chips do surface on the secondary market, the sourcing is often opaque, and in our view it can be difficult, impossible, or questionable how a given batch was obtained. The S23 release timeline has also shifted more than once. Until we can obtain chips through channels we are confident in, and can build, test, and stand behind a finished product, we are not going to take your money for something we cannot yet deliver responsibly. We have also seen growing marketing activity around the BM1373, including pre-sales for hardware that does not yet physically exist in sellers' inventory. Many of these pre-sales are priced at roughly double the cost of previous-generation miners. We understand the excitement, and the ASIC does look like a genuine step forward, but we would encourage everyone in this space to be cautious. Ask any seller to document their sourcing and prove they hold stock on hand. Think carefully before paying in full, up front, for chips whose origin cannot be verified, and weigh seriously whether a premium of that size is worth it to you. Our commitment to you is simple. We will not advertise a BM1373 miner as available until it genuinely is. When the S23 ships and chips are available through channels we trust, we will build, we will test, and we will bring it to you at a fair price. We would rather earn your trust by being honest about the timing than rush a promise we cannot keep. The way $ALEO implemented staking requirements to continue mining is so devious it should be criminal. If you were early and saved all your payouts you might have enough to stake to get full payouts from mining.
