@Ceremor @DayZ I never understood why they shortened it. The gun melee is supposed to change the advantage to the person wielding the gun from an attacker that is close to yourself but often times like you said it just gets you killed lol Never understood the change.

It's been about seven months since the stunlock was inexplicably shortened in the 1.24 update. The stunlock used to give advantage and is currently detrimental to use, which seems contrary to its intention. Melee combat has also greatly suffered because of this. @DayZ

@bohemiainteract Resist the urge to use a light source. If you do use a light source then use it sparingly. I tend to turn it on if I’m looking for loot inside a building for a second or 2. Map knowledge helps with the night as well so learn them maps as best you can

I believe @DayZ should use this approach in order to bring people back to experimental. Since the current logo covers the top left corner and it can get in the way. What about having the gameplay on the top left corner? Perfect isn't it?
