Yes, the Scarborough Southwest Ontario Liberal nomination was rigged. The excerpt below was from a Globe & Mail article published 4 days ago. Somehow over 1,800 memberships were rejected but the "winner" of the nomination Hafiz seemed to have no problem with the party doing it, but Nate Erskine-Smith obviously knew the decision was targeting him. And the man only lost by 19 votes. And despite the party deleting over 1,800 memberships over "invalid entries" Hafiz was able to get his voters approved to vote despite rampant ID issues and questions on where they actually live.
