Someone over at @ServiceTitan needs to lose their job. Just made my company switch to the latest version and holy shit is it awful. Ugly as hell (honestly looks very unfinished), not at all user-friendly, unnecessary extra steps for simple tasks, etc. Who's the idiot(s)? #Trades
