Very disturbing incident at Madhu Church today. 3 chicken were left at the alter. 2 were struggling. One was dead. When I pointed this out to the Priest the answer I got was even more disturbing- ignore and pray for yourself. Since when was animal sacrifice allowed by the church.

@peeleraja @sarayupani Bcz SL was there as an upper middle income country in 2018. It just fell from upper middle income country to a lower middle income country mainly bcz of the 2022 crisis. Once the economy recovered it just reclaimed its position as an upper middle income country.
