@risXKS45 Those are small cliffs. I am talking about mountains (not necessarily right next to the beach, but in a fairly coastal city. See: reddit.com/r/geography/co…).

As a Sri Lanka man, when I went abroad a few things surprised me: 1) Coastal cities with fairly tall mountains: I was used to seeing mountains mostly in the central land. Not fairly close to the coast. 2) Cold sea-level cities. I wasn’t used to cold zero-elevation coastal cities.

As a branding expert, one of the best moves Sri Lanka can make is change it's name back to Ceylon. Ceylon is alive globally: Ceylon cinnamon - Ceylon cut gems, etc We struggle with identity because our connection to history has been cut off @HarshadeSilvaMP @Dr_HariniA ⏬️

A lot know to copy moves and few extraordinaire ones take risks with unique moves that work, El Salvador for example. Requires insight of country's pain - often invisible. Successfully performed vaporiser surgery this weekend with a nice rock and my manipedi set. Didn't stop until it worked. Three hours tops, micro electronics small, seals tight, nails ruined and then repaired. Wasn't able to use nail clippers for much else 🥹😭🫣💪

A move that will put Sri Lanka on the map - modernise the name of the country to join the rest of the planet, with it, erase the bad history. Let's go back to being formally known as Ceylon, a name worthy of this island. @HarshadeSilvaMP @Dr_HariniA @anuradisanayake

Sri Lanka is a mouthful and fairly exotic to remember - Ceylon flows, and is a locked away part of Lanka's identity already in the books that can be tied back to the present island with one radical change.

Needed to refuel so bad at 3.00 am and was even ready to cook but my gas ran out. Basic basic basic... 😮‍💨 Momentum broke but 12 hour streak. Life, work, cat, me, blockages, all sorted just needed an hour more to finish a doc 🥹 Journal end. Weeks worth.

21-year-old me: "I'll start investing when I earn more." Now me: doing the math on what those years cost. If I had put away even a small amount monthly back then and just stopped after 10 years, compounding would have done the rest. Instead I waited, and now I have to invest way more to end up in the same place. The annoying truth about compounding: → Starting early beats starting big → The first years matter most → Waiting for the "right time" is the most expensive decision you'll never see on a bank statement I can't time travel. But I can at least see where my money goes today. That's step one, and it's the one Kiwi Money was built for. Start ugly. Start small. Just start.

Neck/jaw reset: no jokes - the past few months after not perfect work posture, if I get a tight shoulder or felt cramped, I'd have to massage this growing bump at the base of my skull: I felt the block - couldn't get rid of it, only be loosened. Now it's a tiny node. Barely there

Today (five days later) I woke up and started tackling the day from eyes open and fell asleep yesterday from eyes close - it normally takes a lot of grumpy me to get to that level at wake up - has been so for at least two years.

Few good things happened this week: Found a spot below the small of my ear and creaked my jaw back into place (i didn't know it was off base)
