Password auth is a headache. I finally ripped it out of my Android project! Switched to passwordless Google OAuth2: Client sends APK-signed request Server validates with Google Issue JWT + RSA-signed refresh token Much more secure. 🔒 #BuildInPublic #AndroidDev

Why do users hate login screens? Around 40% of my users drop off as soon as they reach the login screen. Is offering a guest mode the right solution? How do you solve this problem?

Working with packet tracer is actually fun it's good to get out of the IDE from time to time and learn other stuff

As much as people hate on LinkedIn I did get my first tech interview by being visible on there and someone reaching out. Don't sleep on it exhaust ALL options for your job hunt.

Nobody currently debates web frameworks. Now it’s just AI models.

@Alexislamouv Haha good attention to detail! The packet capture is actually of malware traffic to a C2 server and sending signal every minute on the dot..... And I like Gemini it's free

Sophisticated technology cannot outpace systemic vulnerability. Loopholes persist because modern innovation remains anchored to fundamental, low-level indiscipline across hardware architecture, network protocols, and software engineering.

We were paying $5,000 a month per GPU to serve our own models. To a handful of users. Models a laptop could run. Then I put $100 into an API account to test the best open model. 12 days of heavy agentic testing later, I'd spent $31. We weren't serving our models because it was right for users. We served them because they were ours. There's a word for that, and it isn't strategy.

Built this dual Instagram-style feed and TikTok video feed entirely solo in Java/Kotkin with a native C viewport engine, ExoPlayer and RecyclerView. Simultaneous players pre-warming the next video while the current one plays with concurrent containers. Smooth at any scroll speed.

That last 10% of building a app is always the hardest, I'm dealing with the edge cases for offline functionality on android cause the Internet may not always be accessible

I have zero interest in building software anymore. AI makes it too easy to copy your ideas. The next thing I build will be hardware.
