Year 7 have enjoyed a fantastic workshop with Sita from Settle Stories today, learning about stories from other cultures and different mediums of story telling. We are excited to see their own story 'tapestries' develop over the next couple of lessons.

Thank you to Joe from RES Engineering who has supported school all day. Starting with a 6th form assembly on careers in STEM to Yr.10/11 Engineering lessons and then supporting  the canSat team who are designing a miniature rocket.

Settle College summer school 2025 completed. A 7 mile walk up to The Knights Table was enjoyed today. Thank you to The Knights Table for their great hospitality. Thank you to students and staff for making it a great week, enjoy the rest of your holidays.

Day 3 Summer School Settle College: very hot today, but still able to have fun outside. Classroom activities looking at positive behaviours, expectations and what their aspirations are.

Day 2 of summer school: lots more fun making new friendships and using anemometers to measure wind speeds!!
