@6lilith6eden6 @Charlot26280669 @HM_Passport Yes we called the normal passport number... then we pressed option 8 then option 3 instead of the normal option. Got through first time after pressing the proper option on over 80 phone calls!!

@Jacquelrose @HM_Passport @TalkTV You said its all the media doom and gloom like it doesn't exist.It absolutley does exist and the media is reporting it right!Do you know there are 1000s of people going through it just do a quick search on social media. I know because we are one of them!

@SevSnapeAlways @HM_Passport @TalkTV no need to be rude! not smug it said give 10-12wks so was v.surprised. I haven't seen my parents age 80 in 4.5yrs nor sister for 9.5yrs. I have compassion for others I was clearly stating I had no delays for feedback if delays are by area!

@SevSnapeAlways @HM_Passport I dont mind driving to get the passports, but i dont even know if they'll grant them yet. The stress levels are unreal and the levels of misinformation and lack of expectation management from the passport office is off the scale. Keeping my fingers crossed it all comes good

@HM_Passport Ive been trying to call 30+ times but get cut off. I applied for a passport 7 weeks ago, I go on holiday in 4 weeks. Im worried with the poor service Im receiving now that the 10 week wait will be longer, I need to change my application to fast track how do I do this

@gordyw1976 @Steeclare @HM_Passport First was said couldn't fast track when application already submitted... today they said you can and would call back tomorrow... why do I feel we are just getting fobbed off again. Ill eat my own arm if they call tomorrow!

@woolz_typer @MattNealRacing @HM_Passport Same here, sent two child renewals back in Feb and it’s been stuck on processing application since 6th April. We go away 13th May. Try to call and either get cut off from being on hold or can’t even be put on hold due to call volumes!

Just heard British press jumping on @HM_Passport office saying there is unacceptable backlog of people waiting for passports unable to travel. Well for info they just turned mine round in under 3 weeks on standard service so I was proper chuffed at response time! Just saying 🤗🙌🏽

@HM_Passport Great advice until you lose documents you were sent signedfor, find them 20 days later and leave the application unprocessed for almost a month. Now awaiting upgrade team contact that should have taken 48 hours that is currently 5 days... Oh and we are due to fly 10th may #HELP!

@HM_Passport I sent a cancellation letter nearly 3 weeks ago so I can go to an express appointment in London! I was told 10 days to cancel. You’ve scanned it as passport received you haven’t even read it! No passport was enclosed
