@TMobile is useless. Called to cancel service and they told me to remove my payment method, wait for the next bill on Mar 7th, and then pay the remaining balance. It's Mar 13th and now they want to charge a late fee. Can't use the automated phone system because my mobile number is "not a T-Mobile number". Well no crap because I left. Can't get an agent because now it's asking if I want help with everything except cellular service. Can't use the online portal because when I sign in and click billing it sends me to some "Not available" error page. Yet I received physical mail today with my last bill (with late fee) and a past due notice. All this technology and yet companies still suck at the fundamentals. What a joke!

If you came into our chocolate shop and bought a bonbon that had a rock in it and I dismissed your claim saying that 99.99% of bonbons sold never had a problem, what would you do?

@sudomateo Inversely, would visit the chocolate shop regularly and make purchases and hopefully engage you as the chocolate shop owners and verbalize my appreciation for your business and tell everyone I knew how great your chocolate was and how delighting/creative your operation is.

@SouthwestAir empty flight BNA to AUS and we have a row that’s full. No price difference between row 23 and 24 and yet not only did attendant tell us one of us can’t move, hut went on the PA to passive/aggressively remind people diff seats have diff prices so no moving.

@Andylanger Pretty strange. I was on a SWA flight 10 days ago from PHX to AUS and was in an aisle seat dozing off and the nice flight attendant offered to allow me to move to the row behind me that was empty for more room.

I understand 1000% attendants aren’t making the rules, but I also suspect they’re so tired of the pushback that now passive/aggressive and condescending are their out-of-the-gate go-to’s. It’s too bad. For real.
