My favorite building to relocate people is the Continuum (South Tower specifically). #MovetoMiami

@megconnolly_ The beach club doesn’t justify the price difference .... and you can cycle there and buy a cheap membership at the Bentley or elsewhere ..In any case, not every Founder or investor wants to spend 3 M$ even if they relocate from SF

@datarade @shervin @FrancisSuarez This is exactly the point I raised yesterday. Many of us, European VCs, with real estate / investments / businesses in Miami would love to relocate permanently if we got some help with our visas.. as we are all currently stuck in Europe !

Just spoke to @FrancisSuarez. Proposed a #Miami500 initiative where tech companies support a min of 500 employees to move to diverse Miami and remote work from here and hire 500+ local employees. If we recruit min of 10 companies we’d add 10k jobs. List of companies like:
