If Dianna Russini and Mike Vrabel were both single, this would still be a massive story. If Dianna Russini worked in a non-nfl capacity and the Sedona photos dropped, I wouldn’t have tweeted once about it. This is a story because of the multiple conflicts of interests that exist when a lead NFL reporter is too close with an NFL coach.

Any ounce of sympathy I had for Matt Miller is gone after seeing the dash cam. That could have just as easily been a family of four in a small sedan that Miller crashed into. It could have easily been my family or yours. I get it, we all make mistakes....but I believe I'm witnessing a pattern of mistakes and I'm disgusted.

Day 141 sober 🙏 Yesterday was my first sober birthday in 20 years. It felt fucking amazing. This weekend was full of peace. Up early with coffee and a clear mind, hit my DAA meeting, then golf with two of my best friends @marsinkneeak and @therealBrueske Was my first time out this year. A little rusty, but it wasn’t about the score. Just being present, laughing, and enjoying real company with zero alcohol or drugs. No cravings at all. Just Gatorade and good times. The promises of this program are real when you put the work in. Sunday: church with Mom, visited Dad at the nursing home, lunch, and raspberry sundaes. Got to catch up with my sister, brother-in-law, niece and nephews on the phone. What a blessing. God is working a miracle and I thank Him every day. Even ran into my ex at the golf course (she’s the bev cart girl). She broke up with me right before rehab (my fault), and I was resentful as hell because she started dating a really good friend of mine right when I got there. But now? Honestly I don’t care. I wish her the best. God has someone in store for me and I trust His plan. I’m working every day to become the man I’m meant to be. Grateful for this X community and all the support. Sharing because there really is hope. I was down for the count — God saved me and I’ve never felt better. If you’re struggling, just keep showing up. It works if you’re willing.
