The challenges we face in Europe demand strong partnerships.
Today I’ve signed a defence treaty with @DonaldTusk to strengthen our shared security and capabilities.
This is the biggest step forward in our defence and security relationship with Poland in a generation.
🚨It is becoming INCREASINGLY LIKELY that a verdict on Man City’s 115 charges will be delivered either before or during the World Cup✅
Rumours also going around stating this is why Pep Guardiola has walked out on his contract a year early & why his staff members such as Kolo Toure & Pep Lijnders have also left…❌
Dark days coming for Man City?😳
1/ The rise in the price cap because of a war we did not choose is deeply unwelcome news for households across the country.
We know people were under pressure before this crisis, and that’s why easing that burden is our number one priority.
Nearly 10,000 foreign national offenders have been removed from the UK since July 2024 - up 36% compared to the previous 21 months.
That includes nearly 100 murderers, 600 sexual offenders and hundreds of violent offenders, alongside thousands more convicted criminals.
I don’t have any news on Tonda Eckert yet, can only reiterate facts:
🔻 Eckert admitted authorising spying missions.
🔻 No decision made on Eckert’s future at the time.
🔻 Feeling of players likely to be key in decision.
🔻 FA opened own investigation five days ago.

@AlfieHouseEcho@AdamBlackmore@SouthamptonFC You and Blackmore haven’t reported anything of note since Martin told you both off like naughty little school boys. Either way I wouldn’t expect anything less from local journalists who don’t support the club 👍🏻
The silence from @AlfieHouseEcho and @AdamBlackmore on the current turning of opinions on Tonda speaks volumes. Hammering him last week and rightly so but now it’s Tonda in they have gone quieter then the Madeline McCann case 👍🏻 #saintsfc@SouthamptonFC
Seen 3 dogs being walked through Farnham Town in the last hour.
I’m sorry, but if you’re walking your dog, in a town centre, in 33 degrees…… YOU DON’T DESERVE TO OWN THAT DOG.
#SaintsFC | Pep Guardiola on the practice of spying after Leeds’ Spygate in 2019:
“It is more difficult [in England]. It is private. But in all the countries I have been before, everybody does it. When we were training at Bayern Munich there were people in the little mountains with cameras and the opponent was watching what we did. Everybody did it. It is the culture of the clubs.”

🕵️♂️📰 “In many respects, #SaintsFC head coach Tonda Eckert is a product of the footballing environment in which he was raised. There is no evidence that he was once a young staff member hiding in bushes, but spying is not against the rules in German football. In fact, it is tolerated and occasionally praised.
“In 2018, Julian Nagelsmann, now the coach of Germany’s national team, brushed off the discovery of a Werder Bremen analyst spying on his Hoffenheim side. “I’m not really angry at the analyst doing his job,” he said. “It is actually commendable if an employee does everything for their club and even tries to spy on other teams.”
“Open training sessions are held regularly in Germany and although subterfuge is broadly frowned upon, clubs feel implementing rules to prohibit it is not worth the sort of bother that is now engulfing Southampton and the English game.”
