@marciarc2010 @Lawrence I believe it would have to be a civil court. Some states have limited the statue of limitations on sexual abuse, but unfortunately many have not. And it isn't odd for a victim to wait decades.

People who make up stories don’t ask the FBI to investigate those stories.
