@rentomojo The amount pending was 1440 INR. If the pickup wasn’t done by you on 3rd and then rescheduled for 7th and then 9th I am Not going to pay the extra money. It was a delay from your end. I want the amount to be refunded back to me asap @rentomojo

@rentomojo pickup is being delayed every week and you are charging unnecessary rent from me. Despite informing well in advance the pickup agent comes post 6pm when furniture is not allowed outside post 6pm from society. This is the last time that I am waiting post which I will file a consumer forum complaint in this regard. @jagograhakjago

Booked a show at PVR Directors cut Gurgaon for 9:35am. They called me that show has been cancelled citing technical reasons but now I see another show at 12:35pm with inflated prices. This is just fraud and cheating. You wanted to increase the prices and therefore this drama of technical issue. @PicturesPVR @_PVRCinemas @INOXMovies

Formal complaint is initiated. @just_snabbit will not help in case of any theft or damage. They expect us to take our damaged part to the local shops to find the right set of screw and holder for the damaged utensil. Or place multiple online orders for nut and bolt to find the right combination! @nch1915 please look into this. The founder and leadership team @Aa_Agarwl despite reading all messages and email have chosen to keep quiet. God save anyone who faces any theft/damage, they will be helpless

How are these companies allowed to operate if they don’t have a resolution mechanism in place! Are we waiting for something major to happen?
