@Sh_Ramn @Vodacom Vodacom just told us that the problem is at @VoxTelecom's side, basically what I've told them for the past 2 days. Now, Vox is waiting for feedback from Vodacom. I'll try and get hold of their IT service managers and sort it out myself and them. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤬

@Vodacom Oakdenes Fibre went down on Saturday morning, its is now Tuesday! When do you plan on sorting out this?? It's been 4 days already

@Vodacom 3 days that Oakdenes fibre is down. No feedback been provided. I have asked to speak to a manager twice already and I get told no one is available. The is no escalation process and no sense of urgency for the people that pay you. How are you running your business??

Scratch that. It's now 36 hours that Oakdenes Fibre is not sorted. As soon as I get the chance, I am canceling my contract. I just hope all the other residents move as well. You deserve to lose all your customers for this area. You suck @Vodacom

@Vodacom I have called your technical assistance for the 7th time in almost 30 hours and your agents cannot advise when the issue in Oakdene will be resolved. Also asked to speak to a manager and they said no one is available. WTF is wrong with your company???
