Perhaps, people don’t want gerrymandering and actually wanted to hear your thoughts. As a Conservative Republican I wish you a good fair race in your district.

Respectfully, as you stated, it’s a public square. Anyone can publicly record anything in a public place. No expectation of privacy. X is now THE It place to post public figures. Anyone has become, “news people”.

I’m campaigning partly on a return to civility in our political discourse, and reconciliation in society. I don’t see this kind of interaction as leading to that.
