@Roblox_RTC We would've been cheering around and congratulating Roblox, if they didn't release horrible updates.

Roblox became a public company 5 years ago today.

I just got a 7-day suspension for terrorism/extremism over a text bubble that says "well well well". This item has been on the platform for over a year without issue, but now it’s a national security threat? This is the kind of moderation creators are dealing with on Roblox. How is this ban justified? @Roblox @robloxdevrel

@nottycoon @Roblox_RTC TOO LATE NOW. The law enforced the law stating that you have to do age verification to download any apps. This means that you are forced to do the age verification before using anything. I don't know what is going on in their minds.

Roblox will require users to have an active 1000 or 2200 Premium subscription to publish 2D clothing. By March 20th, if the item uploader does not have Premium, Roblox will put the item off-sale and delist the item from the marketplace.

@KreekCraft We need more in the opposition team. People in the support team are likely people who want more personal data of users.

The US Government is holding a meeting today proposing laws that would require Age Verification on ALL APPS through the app store. In order to download any app on your phone you'd have to verify your age using a Government ID or Face Scan. This is a massive invasion of privacy.

@KreekCraft All of these states are pushing for a massive scale breach of privacy all over the internet. They are using Roblox as an "Easy Target" because of all the recent online controversy. It do be a little annoying.

A lot of the states suing Roblox are pushing for Age Verification just to play the game. If they get their way, Roblox might require Age Verification just to create an account. Roblox has its moderation problems, but this is a dangerous precedent to set.
