NEW: Rapper Afroman is scheduled to stand trial in a civil lawsuit filed by seven Adams County (Ohio) Sheriff’s deputies.   The legal battle stems from a 2022 raid on Afroman's home, where officers were investigating alleged drug trafficking and kidnapping claims that resulted in no charges. Afroman used his own security footage from the raid to create music videos which mock the officers and the "botched" operation.  The officers allege that Afroman used their personas for commercial profit without authorization, causing them "humiliation, ridicule, mental distress, and loss of reputation". They are seeking damages of $25,000 per count.

Banksy's identity revealed: it's Robin Gunningham, who changed his name Following an extensive, years-long investigation, Reuters reporters have concluded that the anonymous street artist known as Banksy is Robin Gunningham, a Bristol-born graffiti artist born in 1973. According to the report, Gunningham legally changed his name to David Jones around 2008—likely to further protect his privacy after earlier speculation about his identity. This echoes a 2008 investigation by The Mail on Sunday, which first publicly identified Gunningham as Banksy. Reuters bolstered their findings with evidence including a 2000 New York arrest record featuring Gunningham's handwritten confession (linked to Banksy through geolocation and timing of related photos), travel patterns, interviews, and other public records. Much of the evidence and proof cited to support the theory that Banksy is Robin Gunningham was already published between 2023 and 2025 but it was never finally confirmed. Banksy himself has not commented on this revelation.

A few days ago, Rosanna Arquette criticized Tarantino for using the N word in Pulp Fiction, calling it racist and creepy. This is his response: "Dear Rosanna, I hope the publicity you’re getting from 132 different media outlets writing your name and printing your picture was worth disrespecting me and a film I remember quite clearly you were thrilled to be a part of? Do you feel this way now? Very possibly. But after I gave you a job, and you took the money, to trash it for what I suspect is verycynical reasons, shows a decided lack of class, no less honor. There is supposed to be an esprit de corps between artistic colleagues. But it would appear the objective was accomplished. Congratulations Q"
