•Full odds need to be lowered for base overworld mons like 1/1500 or 2000 let casuals find em
•As a counterweight get rid of gimmicks that make shiny hunting easier outside of the charm
• let legendaries/mythicals be huntable again but make the odds mich higher again (8k plus)
