Went to a Ampol servo for petrol this morning and was called to over the loud speaker to come inside to see the attendant. I’m told that I ve apparently driven off without paying for fuel (never happened) and he can’t allow me to fill up. He hands me a card and tells me to check website for more details. I check my car and I still have both number plates and have never been contacted by police. Go to website fuelrecoveryservices.com.au type in rego and apparently I owe $100 for 32litres of fuel from Nov 2025 . Website gives me a choice to make payment or make Enquiry so I’ve requested evidence and waiting on response Like wtf!!? -Why is my registration listed without me knowing about it? -Doesn’t theft have to be reported to police ? -I have never paid $3+ litre for fuel in my life -I have a small car and a full tank even during fuel crisis is no more than $80-$85 Is this some new dodgy way for servos to make more money by unchecked claims of stolen fuel? Great start to the week 😡

@yabhishekhd Trust me... I never charged twice per day for nord 4 but after oos 16 update i am, which is a concern.

I ran a full battery test from 100% to 1% on silent mode with no vibration, using only 5G. It gave me 6 hours 10 minutes of SOT, but the experience felt pretty dull. On vibrate mode, I get around 5 hours 10 minutes of SOT, and it feels much better to use. I don’t even care about the battery — I’ll just charge it one more time. So I’m definitely sticking with vibrate.

With the latest Android 16–based OxygenOS 16 update on the OnePlus Nord 4, the battery life has definitely taken a downgrade, but the overall software experience has improved. Network reception has also slightly improved — it now shows 5G in areas where we used to get only 4G, and 5G++ is also introduced, as I posted yesterday. Earlier, the Nord 4 was giving 6 hours and 40 minutes SOT from 100% to 1%, but now it's giving only 5 hours of SOT from 100% to 7%. So realistically, we can expect around 5 hours and 10 minutes SOT from 100% to 1% on 5G network.

@yabhishekhd Just a few bugs like when I turn on wifi. Its showing 5G and wifi symbol both for a few seconds. But usually we see only the one which we are connected to
