HDFC Swiggy cashback on Amazon Gold deals is currently not working as expected for many users ⚠️ There are multiple/conflicting documentations from HDFC, and as per some T&Cs, cashback was not eligible on MCC 5399. This docs do not explicitly mention MCC 5399 anymore: hdfc.bank.in/content/dam/hd… however this one has it: hdfc.bank.in/content/dam/hd… and both are listed on official websites. Merchant shown during OTP/transaction initiation and post-settlement merchant can differ. If your transaction routes via ASSPL merchant, you may want to avoid swiping / reconsider transactions if 5% cashback is your primary goal as you'll get 1% only. Or you can go to support (they're aware of this issue as they've received a lot of support calls on this issue).. @GoldDealsIndia @SartanparaYash
