@British_Airways @British_Airways . Now I have scammers asking for dm chats and calling me trying to get me to download a money transfer app. @British_Airways, you need to do your bit so that customers don't get stuck in a worse situation than they are in already. Kindly expedite my case.

Hi @British_Airways – my delayed baggage claim (ref 10737986) has now been ongoing for over 2 months. The case has been closed twice without any decision email being received. Could someone from Customer Relations please review and advise urgently?

@British_Airways @British_Airways . My case has been looked at multiple times by Customer Relations and is currently stuck in an unresolved loop. Case says closed and decision emailed but 4 weeks have passed with no email.
