@DrPFCollins Thanks for sharing Peter! Pleased to see our practice aligns with recommendations in AU. Completely agree consideration of fluid targets important here - has been interesting to see more emphasis on APD role here in AU versus what is largely seen as a medical responsibility in UK

@ShaneMacZ There’s guidance out there, would be interesting to see if there’s a difference between APD 🇦🇺 and RD 🇬🇧 practice. In neurosurg patients NGT removal & ability to meet hydration status without IV fluids is often overlooked.
