New Details: The "West Parcel Mass Grading" project from Universal has a new summary in the approved final permit from SFWMD. "The project proposes the mass grading of 35.50 acres of the west parcel to support future site development."

BREAKING: New permit for the Epic Universe site confirms "a future attraction" is in the works. This permit is for mass grading and utilities. This is the first time I have seen the word "attraction" in any new permit.

New: First look at permits submitted to FDEP for construction trailers coming to Epic Universe back of house. This will be located right behind the expansion pad for the Wizarding World. I've attached a Google Earth image of Epic to show the location.
