Disappointed in @Docusign customer satisfaction guarantee, because it doesn't exist. I specifically purchased their subscription to be able to accept signatures and ACH payments at once. Reality does not live up to its marketing hype. Despite not working well, no refund.

@DHLGlobal we anticipated a shipment from Hong Kong to Nebraska via Express service, however, upon arrival to Omaha you attempted only 2 times to call the delivery address to collect duties but didn't speak to anyone or leave a voicemail. Now the pkgs will be returned to HK...
