@mattragland @kit The ease with which you can launch a product is really an underrated aspect. Spoke to a potential client recently who had made like 150K+ off of a 2,000 person list just by spinning up and launching new offers. Same people just buying over and over again. Cool stuff

10 things you can do on the FREE @Kit plan (most people don’t realize this): 1️⃣ Grow the Creator Network 2️⃣ Share a public newsletter feed 3️⃣ Sell a paid newsletter 4️⃣ Customize your creator page 5️⃣ Sell digital products (ditch Gumroad) 6️⃣ Use snippets to save time writing 7️⃣ Create custom fields for subscribers 8️⃣ Add tags + fields right in landing pages 9️⃣ Personalize emails with Liquid 🔟 Setup a custom domain 🎁 Bonus: build a simple welcome sequence The free plan is plenty to start and more powerful than most creators realize. There's no reason you shouldn't start a newsletter and own your distribution in 2026.

Most entrepreneurs think a “rockstar hire” will fix everything. Find A-players. Hand off the work. Watch them shine. But the reality is, even the best talent can’t thrive in broken systems. 1️⃣ Talent Needs Structure → Even top performers need clear workflows to execute at their peak. → Systems eliminate guesswork and keep everyone on the same page. 2️⃣ Systems Free Up Focus → If your best people spend their time fixing inefficiencies, they’re not doing high-impact work. → The right system lets talent focus on what they do best. 3️⃣ Systems Multiply Impact → A rockstar on a broken stage can’t perform. → A strong system turns a B-player into an A-player. How to Build Systems That Unlock Talent: ✅ Audit your workflow ↳ Where is work getting stuck? ↳ If one person disappears and things break—that’s a problem. ✅ Turn processes into playbooks ↳ Write down repeatable tasks. ↳ Use Loom videos instead of 20-page SOPs ↳ Make it stupid simple. Complex systems slow people down. ✅ Automate the boring stuff ↳ Zapier, AI, Make—let the robots handle the busywork. ↳ Automate onboarding, reporting, lead tracking. ↳ The less manual work, the more time for high-impact tasks. ✅ Refine constantly ↳ No system is perfect—keep tweaking. ↳ Ask your team: “What’s the dumbest part of your workflow?” ↳ Cut friction. Keep things lean. Top-tier talent is overrated. A solid system beats a “rockstar” every time. Build a business where any smart person can thrive. Then watch what happens. Which system transformed your business? Drop it below. 👇

And fortunately for us, both are possible. But only if you design for it.

You'll never be "ready" to start your business. Do it anyway. I've seen too many talented people stuck in the 'planning phase.' They read every book, watch every YouTube video, make every plan... but never actually GO. Here's the deal...what you do today probably won't work. And what you do tomorrow might not either. But if you're willing to bump around. To stumble a bit. You will start to make progress. ↳ Every step, every experience will teach you. ↳ You'll learn more, you'll get better. Eventually you'll have something. It might not be pretty at first, but it'll be yours. Start small. Start messy. Just start.
