If Bitcoin existed in 1991 and your dad owned some, your entire life would’ve been different.
He’d have an unmistakable twinkle in his eye every time you talked.
In the morning he’d be in the kitchen, having coffee with your mom and he’d pour you some OJ and a bowl of Cap’n Crunch and say, “You know what, son? This year we might finally end those fuckers at the central banks.”
Your mom would immediately yell “Fraaaank!” And you two would laugh.
He would’ve worked just as hard, but not for “the man.” He’d be socking away Bitcoin like a madman.
At night, you’d hear your parents talk about what they’d do in 10 years or less — not retirement, but freedom. They’d build. They’d travel. Their voices would drift up from downstairs, and you’d fall asleep wondering what you could do to earn more Bitcoin. Who the hell was Satoshi?
At home you’d read the white paper, naturally, but you’d also learn about economics, free markets, entrepreneurship. All the stuff no high school dares to teach, your parents would force feed it to you.
You’d watch your dad in embarrassment, turning every neighborhood conversation into something about Bitcoin. After your basketball game with the other dads. Before church. He’d ask the cashier at Baskin Robbin’s if he could buy your cone with Bitcoin, and then look confused as to why not.
If he had Bitcoin in 1991, he wouldn’t have had to work so hard at the office. He wouldn’t have stopped at the bar before coming home late. He might have stayed with your mom, instead of leaving you and your siblings.
And you realize, now that you have Bitcoin, you might just become the man we wasn’t able to be. ✌🏽

Normies think Bitcoin is risky.
Meanwhile, they grew up in White Trash America where the family “savings account” was a Crown Royal bag of quarters under a La-Z-Boy, their uncle’s retirement strategy was a Camaro on cinder blocks “worth money one day,” and every tax return meant a new pitbull and a financed 70-inch TV.
Grandma hid cash in cereal boxes like the IRS was Seal Team Six, and everyone trusted the dollar more than math because “the government wouldn't let it collapse,” despite that same government telling them Mountain Dew is a breakfast drink and student loans build character.
Bitcoin isn’t the gamble. Clinging to that economy is.
Opt out of this absolute madness.

I'm a busy Dad who stays around 12% body fat year-round.
Despite what the fitness industry would have you believe...
I don't live in the gym, starve myself or give up my favorite foods.
I just follow these 10 habits that are so simple that anybody can do them (bookmark this):
1. Drink coffee.
- Boosts metabolism
- Suppresses hunger
It's the best drink for fat loss.
2. Walk whenever I can.
Walking while doing other things at the same time is the best way to fit walking more into your day.
I have client calls, watch sports and TV shows, and listen to podcasts while walking.
3. Only resistance train a few hours a week.
If you know what you're doing, you can get great results in only 3 hours a week.
- Train close to failure
- Focus on compound exercises.
Consistency is King and no busy person can be consistent with 6+ hours a week in the gym.
4. Improve your sleep.
Poor sleep slows your metabolism and makes you hungrier and crave junk food more.
This is how I make sure I get good sleep:
- Supplementing
- Not eating soon before bed
- Minimizing bright light late in the evening.
5. Manage stress.
Stress makes fat loss harder so you need to learn to manage it.
I manage it by:
- Walking
- Exercising
- Prioritizing sleep
- Spending time with family.
6. Prioritize protein.
I always focus on eating more protein.
Not just by eating a lot of meat and eggs...
But also having:
- Sardines
- Protein bars
- Greek yogurt
- Protein shakes
- Chomps beef sticks
- Legendary foods or quest chips.
7. Focus on low-calorie foods.
- Minimize junk food
- Eat a lot of fruit & veg
- Have unprocessed carbs like potatoes.
Despite what some health influencers will tell you...
Being lean is about calories.
If you're consuming a ton of calories, it'll be nearly impossible to get lean and stay lean.
8. Drink diet soda instead of regular soda.
Regular soda is terrible for fat loss.
But most people who try to completely give it up really struggle.
The solution?
Have diet soda instead.
It'll satisfy your cravings and the artificial sweeteners are NOT bad for your health.
Having excess body fat is much worse.
9. Save alcohol for special occasions.
Drinking "only" 1-2 drinks everyday is one of the worst habits you can have for fat loss.
- Those calories add up
- Alcohol slows your metabolism
- You're more likely to eat junk food when you have those drinks.
Just have a few drinks on special occasions like birthdays and weddings 1-2 times a month.
10. High-protein breakfast.
I normally have eggs or greek yogurt with protein powder and fruit.
Cereal or toast are:
- Not filling
- Higher in calories
- Don't help build or maintain muscle
- Will leave you hungry just a few hours later.
These habits are key for losing fat.
But your diet is more important than anything.
So I made a recipe guide with 25 tasty, quick, low-calorie and high-protein meals to easily lose fat and be lean year-round.
