@NHL_Watcher The percentage of people talking about Marner is quite literally:
90% non-leafs fans talking about the leafs
5% leafs fans responding
5% Steve Simmons
English

@SonicSpeeds17 Yeah but it’s not gunna change their mind either way they’re just dumb. It’s not like he was going to get on TV and say “I actually have heard awful things about the organization, and I really don’t wanna go first overall”
English

@Shaneski88 There’s some people who seriously believe that shit
English

@SonicSpeeds17 I mean, I don’t think that was ever a serious narrative, just stupid people.
English

@Shaneski88 Atleast now certain people can put away the narrative of he doesn’t wanna be in Toronto
English

@buddy_ho11y @TicTacTOmar I’ve used it a lot especially when I watch out of market hockey games for my fantasy hockey team lmao, it’s safe but you might need to click through the given links to find one that works, aslong as you just close the popups you should be fine, basic computer security safety
English

@feedthefish79 Anything Kypreos says about Marner is automatically null, he’s been a front man for the Marner family since the day he was drafted. I don’t know if he’s on their payroll or if they have dirt on the guy but he can’t bring himself to disagree with anything he does
English

@_NickRichard @LeafsRundown Ik this was before he scored but I’ve been to 2 marlies playoff games this season (4-0 loss both times lmfao) and both times it looked like he was trying to do too much, just forcing plays that weren’t there, maybe he thinks be able to he should bc it’s the ahl?

@Centrist1344 @FAN590 @JDBunkis @Jackie_Redmond There was more pressure to win in game 41 of the season in Toronto then there is to win game 7 of the WCF in Vegas, none of them care there
English

@FAN590 @JDBunkis @Jackie_Redmond People that make this idiotic statement that he can’t handle the pressure are just using a scapegoat excuse. There is far more pressure to win in the WCF than any game. Mitch ever played in Toronto.
English

"The Leafs went nine seasons with Marner and every voice in the hockey world said, 'They're really running it back again?'... All of a sudden, all these people are flipping."
@JDBunkis and @Jackie_Redmond discuss the reaction to Mitch Marner's playoff success in Vegas.

@dangermike @politicstcan Top 7-12 range is where I see him being after another good season, I understand not having him there since all the injuries and stuff, but yeah outside of the top 25 is crazy
English

@Shaneski88 @politicstcan Bruins fan here - I see lists w/ McAvoy in the top 10 and that feels crazy to me. He's taken a step back for sure. To keep him out of the 15-25 range when he set a career high this szn playing next to Aspirot on a team destined for a top 5 pick .... sure ok sure.
English

@politicstcan Like i'm not a "points = good defenceman guy" but McAvoy had 61 in 69 games this year and Jordan Spence had 31 in 71, thats a pretty big difference lmao
English

@politicstcan I mean the guy has had multiple injuries since 2022 and had a bounce back year with solid numbers, not sure what else you need
