I vividly remember this being reported on by the media. Kahle kahle, who is in charge of state security? And what are they doing every day?
Lee@Lee88692097

@VusiThembekwayo Nothing scares me more than knowing that illegal immigrants came into the country, installed a whole illegal military base and our government did not know up until residents reported strange movements of people they don’t know in their tarvens A whole military base 😫😫😫

Wena @RonaldLamola you are weak leader. Don't you see these people are lying about the whole situation to paint the country in a negative light? They even reject their own people for lack of papers. If you a leader, you would summoned this clown and put him in his place. Do you see how you guys claim to fight Israel but fail miserably to protect your own backyard?

🚨South Africans deserve honest media. Not selective narratives.‼️ Recently, @SABCNews covered March and March's press conference. They laid out real stats on illegal immigration strains, porous borders, service overload, and practical solutions like better enforcement. Immediate outcry: "Why is public broadcaster platforming this?!" Why indeed? Because citizens are speaking? 🧵1/.. #SouthAfrica #MediaBias

@jackson_rem And we are called Xenophobic for calling out this lawlessness. How many more are left in South Africa that are illegal? Home affairs is failing us. They dont even have a track record of where these people are and what is their business in South Africa.

Out of 300 Ghanaians flying out of SA, only 10 were legally in South Africa. That tells you everything you need to know about how careless the government is.

I don't think people real understand the scale of healthcare collapse in Zimbabwe. I spoke to an old classmate of mine and she has kidney stones. It will cost her $1500. She has used all the little she had. When I asked her about the plan, she said she is now going to Makandiwa's church for prayers because she can't afford it. It broke my heart.

It continues to bother me how government often waits until people resort to extremes, shutdowns or even violence before it responds or addresses issues . Communities write letters, submit memorandums, attend consultations, raise concerns through lawful channels and are met with silence, bureaucracy or indifference. Citizens are effectively blueticked by the state they fund through their taxes. Then suddenly, once roads are burning, tyres are lit and cameras arrive, there is urgency, task teams and political visibility. It creates a dangerous lesson in society that says calm, reasoned engagement achieves very little, while chaos gets attention. The only explanation for this behaviour is a growing culture of leadership that has become detached from the daily realities of ordinary people. A government that genuinely cares about its citizenry would not need to be cornered into listening. Responsiveness should not be activated by fear of embarrassment or instability. It should be the basic duty of public service.

I suppose the problem is that we expect the party that presided over the problem to fix it. We are the fools, actually. They don’t have a solution. They didn’t have one before these protests started. They don’t have one now.

P E R F O R M A T I V E Performative governance is their downfall! They have dumbed down the country with their turbid education system. They know that majority of the people are gullible. That is slowly changing because people see through it all. We aren't all naive!!!

ANC SECRETARY GENERAL | Fikile Mbalula
[WATCH] NON CONDEMNATION OF MARCHERS and the DANGERS OF POPULIST RHETORIC We have not accused the marchers of anything, all we are saying is what they should avoid such as the third force. We are not condemning them. But we will not sit back and allow wrong doing. We won’t allow dangerous populism to erode the good standing of our country. The government convened a meeting with NGOs to understand what are the issues and there was a good conversation. Government conveyed the message that it will not allow a state of lawlessness. You cannot go on national TV and threaten violence. In a democratic state a person can criticise the government but no one can call for violence. We all still have the memory of the unrests. #PostNECbriefing #ANCmediaBriefing #YearOfDecisiveAction
