@beautybayhelp Hey guys can you please help me with a missing order. It says delivered by @Hermesparcels but the photo they’ve supplied isn’t even from your guys site so I have absolutely no trust in them resolving my issue. I’ve been in all day my door hasn’t rang either.
@Hermesparcels I’m waiting in on this parcel due 4-6 at 6 I tracked it as it still hadn’t come. It says it’s been delivered and the photo attached is not my house and that bag isn’t from where I’ve ordered from. I’ve not left my house all day so I haven’t missed a knock.
