@LoveStruckDee People have told me to get the implant/coil but that idea terrifies me! With the pill I could just stop it. I couldn’t hack having these side effects for any longer than I’ve had them. Imagine if I had to wait to get it taken out?! Hateeee being a woman sometimes xx

@itsstephtoms This. I went on implant once and never again!! It made me physically ill made my periods more worse than normal it’s awful :(

@itsstephtoms The thing that's really scariest. Birth control pill was originally designed based off the male body not designed for the female body. Because there is little to no research done on the female body. They didn't give it to men because they couldn't handle the side effects.

@Megan_Reith Mate you NAILED IT!!! When I actually have a problem my dr is great and really listens to me, but it’s so hard to actually get a face to face with him most of the time! I find out more from Google than I do from other doctors half the time 😩

@itsstephtoms Same here as well! And then just to be told oh sorry we got it wrong, you didn’t need antidepressants, you had ADHD all along 😂😂 feels like the NHS has screwed us over in every damn way possible!

@Megan_Reith Literally!! I mean hello? I was on antidepressants for nearly 15 years and they’ve put me on something that is very well known for mood swings?!? So bloody dangerous. I’ve literally been contemplating ending my life (I won’t obv) over the most stupid things because of hormones?!
