IRDAI will announce Surrender Value of life insurance policies. While LIC computes at minimum of 90% after 5 years, private cos pay just 60-75%. Agents commissions in first 3 years is very high. Hope IRDAI fixes Surrender Value of private cos at reasonable amount, closer to LIC.
