@IndiGo6E Vandana @IndiGo6E check my call center interactions, spoke to many people, none could give correct info. I had to spend hours on this. I was told, my case is on priority. Finally , got a call on 27th morning that by 2pm I will get my baggage. In reality,I got the same at 9.30pm

@IndiGo6E RIP your Useless Customer Service , RIP your Zero Customer Empathy, RIP your UN-Professional attitude , RIP your Noisy and helpless Call Center, RIP your lousy processes …STOP taking your customers for granted. @qatarairways your partner airlines is Pathetic

@IndiGo6E Who is accountable? @IndiGo6E @qatarairways who will compensate for my expenses , mental stress and loss of valuable time in chasing your helpless teams. What does priority mean. My baggage reached Hyd airport on 26th afternoon, bug was delivered to me next day night at 9.30 pm

@IndiGo6E @qatarairways , it’s more that 36 hours and Iam still waiting for my baggage.Spoke to many call centre/on ground executives. Everyone apologised, everyone assured that my issue will be resolved on PRIORITY. It’s more than 36 hours and Iam still waiting for my baggage.

@qatarairways @IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E @qatarairways Indigo ground staff Mr. Pratamesh Lohare gives us false assurance that we will get our baggage the same day (25th Feb ) and gave all passengers a phone number 040-66605019 to call if needed. I called 100 times, no one picked up. Now, this is a rude joke.

I booked @qatarairways Miami-Doha , Doha-Hyderabad. Unfortunately, the later segment flight was operated by @IndiGo6E . Many passengers didn’t get the baggage . We were told after long wait that the luggage was struck at Doha and we shall get the same in next flight.
