Real estate has: – Low liquidity – Messy ownership claims – Legal grey zones across borders – Slow cash flows – Nightmare valuations You can tokenize it... But you’ll struggle to scale. Meanwhile, public credit (like short-term government bonds, T-bills, municipal debt are; ➡️Already standardized ➡️Already digitized ➡️Already yielding ➡️Trusted by TradFi + regulators With public credit, Svim can offer: – Predictable yields (5–20%) – Low default risk – Global access to historically locked TradFi products – Compliance-ready pools from day 1 Does that mean we ignoring Real estate? No! We’re just not using it as our foundation. Startups die when they get stuck in slow loops. We’re choosing fast liquidity, clear risk, and scalable rails.
