LES ILES MALOUINES REFUSENT L’ACCÈS AU BANDERO - UN NAVIRE DE LA MARINE VIENT S’EN ASSURER Après nous avoir autorisés dans un premier temps à jeter l’ancre pour débarquer une partie de l’équipage et nous ravitailler, le gouverneur des Îles Malouines, Colin Martin-Reynolds nous a finalement signifié que l’accès à la bande des 12 milles nous était refusé. Suite à nos demandes d’explications, il nous a été répondu ce matin que l’accès aux eaux territoriales pouvait nous être refusé au regard de questions portant sur la défense, la sécurité intérieure ou les intérêts nationaux. Depuis quelques heures, un bateau de la Marine des Malouines nous a rejoints et nous suit de près. Photo en vignette de cette vidéo. Today, the Emperor Penguin has been listed as Endangered on the IUCN Red List. The reason is clear: loss of Antarctic sea ice driven by climate change. Emperor Penguins depend on stable sea ice to breed. As sea ice conditions shift and become less stable, populations are projected to fall by more than 50% by the 2080s.
