Our paramedics were amazing, the Queensway-Carelton ER diagnosed my Dad's subdural hemorrhage very quickly, the neurosurgeons at Ottawa Civic took him to the OR today - and he's back to full strength bilaterally and back to his usual self. Our nurses, doctors, surgeons, anesthesiologists, radiologists, CT staff, EMS paramedics and transport staff - all of them at once - so professional, kind and expert in everything. Can't say thank you to Ontario enough. You took perfect care of my Dad (and my worried Mom). Our family is so grateful to all of you. @SylviaJonesMPP
