@LestheHammer @bt_uk That’s good to hear Les, they’ve been given an appointment now for 5th September and that will be them without any service for 6 weeks. It’s an issue in the area apparently though they’ve now been told after all this time 🤷‍♀️

@bt_uk just reported a fault with our broadband to BT and told the fault is 'outside your home' and 'You don't need to do anything' Estimated fix time 6pm 2nd September!! In 7 days!! Sounds like BT aren't doing anything either? Maybe time to look for a new provider...

@bt_uk If you could speed up the process that would be amazing. They’re seriously considering cancelling due to the dreadful service!!
