@GilbySusan @Maureenprsb I was very impressed that my local team sent a status email (alert level of each hospital) which included community status (district nurses, community beds) and now includes primary care status too. Nothing about who’s working harder than who - just “this is where we are all at”.

Lovely to meet with @Cllrjuliefallon today and discuss all of the amazing support she’s putting into place! Dementia Cafe and Cancer Support groups to name a couple. Llandudno Community Resource team look forward to showing their support! #crt #community#strongertogether
