Sigh…. There is no law in Canada that lets the government just “turn off your internet.” Bill C 11 deal with streaming platforms, not cutting off individual access. They also cannot just go through your mail. That would require a warrant under the Charter. There is no blanket power to read people’s communications at will.

Liberals in Canada gave themselves the power to turn off your internet and go through your mail while they turn off the cameras and recording devices at parliamentary commitees. This country is out of control.
