#usaelections2024 At @ExcellaHealthc1 when we perform an ultrasound in early pregnancy, we inform our esteemed clients that all fetuses are female until 20 weeks gestation. The gender reveal we did for USA gestation was undecisive. 50 - 50. Even after 20 weeks our baby had still concealed gender with the lower limbs crossed and flexed at the hip, and the back anterior. The anomaly scan showed that USA had no anomalies. The cervix had been dilating pretty fast and has reached second stage. America is 10cm dilated. In gynecological terms we say USA is fully dilated. The labor has gone on for longer than it was supposed to. We applied vacuum in an attempt to assist the baby out but to no avail. A diagnosis has been made to do an emergency cesarean section. Consent has been diven and thr first votes cast. As is traditional, we are at the left hand corner of the theatre corridor waiting to hear from theatre. The surgeon has already made the skin incision at Texas and is on the uterus at Winscosin. @realDonaldTrump vs @KamalaHarris Will it be a baby boy or a baby girl? Only time will tell!

Imagining that this could easily be me makes me shutter. The Kenyan government including @MOH_Kenya has failed medical interns. @Nakhumicha_S, you failed us terribly.

@OchiengOdongoKE We have been civilised and followed the right channel but the government didn't heed to our plea. People made noise in Twitter spaces. TV and radio stations did their best. JSS teachers and Medical interns tried. Nobody was there to listen. Buana, let people be on the streets.
