@nephiehazel @DVLAgovuk i haven’t even received my provisional 😭 I just received a letter saying my passport number is invalid as it’s been replaced and now I need to send back a letter and an application form so god knows how long that’s gonna take now 😭😭😭

@AHindwood @DVLAgovuk It's a D801 they should have sent one out to you. If you haven't received it you can use a D1 form that you can get in the post office instead.

@SharonkiaS @hardcorenatty @passportwaiting I work in a PO and just letting you know that we have no way of tracing mail that is signed for/recorded. If it was special delivery it is possible to help out but only with a tracking number.
