@token_works What other priorities could they possibly have other than implementing tokens that people want to trade and grow the entire NFT ecosystem? 🙄

There's been a lot of confusion on some strategies listing their NFTs on OpenSea and others not. To clear things up: As much as we want all of the strategies to list on OpenSea, it's a difficult task. The early strategies (BAYC, Moonbirds, Pudgies, etc.) are NOT upgradable, and OpenSea would have to do extra engineering work to index our listings and they have made it clear to us they have other priorities. Some strategies ARE upgradable (Max Pain, Checks, Otherdeeds, etc.) but are all varying contracts since we moved fast to make updates. Each one needs a custom implementation and needs to be sure that there are no storage collisions. We personally don't think it's worth the risk, and want to upgrade the contracts as little as possible (and ideally renounce so we no longer have the ability to make changes). That being said, if a specific project really wants it, we can help them get it over the line (like we did with GVC, Chimpers, and Quirkies). Future strategies have this feature by default, and can easily setup the Seaport integration to have their listings index there.

@Earth2075 £500? I thought they were much more expensive than that as I know my mum's was a lot more. But i've just bought my first house so might have to look into getting one and giving up the gas if they aren't super pricey

People: Well, even if it’s cheaper, your house is still colder. Me: It’s set to the same temperature as it was with a gas boiler. People: Yeah but, it’s really noisy when it’s cold. Moved into my first house today! Got in and the gas isn't turned on so called @OctopusEnergy and was told I'd have an engineer out by 7pm. At 8pm I got in contact with their emergency team (only ones working) and was told that the engineer was never booked! I'll not happy 😡

Then they gave 27 engineers, scientists and architects 100ug of LSD each. The results: a new conceptual model of the photon, a redesigned freeway entrance, a mathematical theorem, a new space probe, a shopping plaza. Reviewed & accepted by their employers. Published in a peer-reviewed journal. Then the government banned LSD research entirely. The study worked. That was apparently the problem.
