@CanCao_Natural Agreed. I am convinced with the finding of Galpha regulation but not sure if Galpha is detached from membrane in physiology :P Will see~~

It's very interesting that the aN helix (loop) of Ga protein detaches from the cell membrane to interact with some proteins like Adenylyl Cyclase and TRPC5 channel. I am curious that how it initiates the interaction with GPCRs inside the cell.
