No more foreign-born people in government on both sides. They are either grifters or performative regardless what they say. I know people are frustrated and will vote for a cardboard cutout right now. Let’s not scrap the bottom of the barrel. There’s a vacuum of real leadership and you’re seeing the US empire decline. It’s on life support for now under Trump. And who knows how long that will be. He’s not getting younger. That’s why you see all these foreigners taking advantage in government positions. Bring back civics classes, purge Marxism from education and you’ll have young people with a love for country that’s naturally cultivated during their formative years who may seek out political office. Who can read, write and speak English without accents or broken. And actually know math and finances. No hidden agendas. No Sharia. No socialism. No revenge politics. That would be a sight to see. A miracle. But with how things are going, there aren’t any men with backbone to get this going and we are being flooded with the third world.

@gotrice2024 The baby’s craving that. I use to crave Subway. (When it was good). Wanted two foot longs. But it was the Mexican meal that started the labor. She was a big baby.

This woman is pregnant and having strong food cravings. She woke up her husband crying because she’s crazing Chipotle really badly, but the restaurant is already closed since it’s past midnight. Should these places be open much later to accommodate these cravings or should they just buy extra when they are open, is there something you crave late at night but you wished they were open?

They don't want you dead; they want you dependent. They manage your decline with statins and BP meds, draining Testosterone and hardening arteries. It's a subscription to mediocrity. The antidote isn't another pill; it's what they buried: D3 + K2.… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…

OK GUYs, Why is it that no matter how bad their shape is, they seem to be proud to show it off! Their natural body gets shown but their natural hair is ALWAYS covered! SMH Why do black women have so much confidence in their body but such insecurity in their hair?

My heart is with the Gorman family as I think about the unimaginable loss of their daughter, Sheridan. We will not tolerate those who break the law and threaten other people's lives. The Chicago Police Department led a swift and decisive investigation, and has identified the person suspected of being responsible for Sheridan's death. I remain committed to necessary investments in our public safety infrastructure, such as revamping and modernizing our Detectives Bureau, so that every Chicagoan can feel peace of mind and security in their own community.

Why have we always believed that we need to be afraid of cholesterol? Do you even know what it is or what it does in the body? When I weighed 285lbs and had poor metabolic health, my Total Cholesterol was something most doctors would love to see. When I weighed 160lbs, had great metabolic health, and was in the best health and shape of my life, my Total Cholesterol was something most doctors would tell me was going to give me a heart attack. Now I know the truth: Our body needs cholesterol because it: - Keeps our immune systems healthy - Builds hormones like estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone - Our brain is the most cholesterol-rich organ - Protects our entire central nervous system - Supports the structure of all cells in our body - Converts sunlight to Vitamin D - Aids digestion - Forms bile acids - Repairs inflamed & damaged tissue Our liver makes 80% of the cholesterol circulating in our body. It's not from our diet. Why should we be afraid of something that God has designed our body to make? Because big pharma can make money off of LDL. Big food and healthcare can make money off of people who eat a low fat, high sugar, high refined carb diet. Statins can lower LDL and are the #1 prescribed med in the US to people over 40. So, people lower their LDL and Total Cholesterol by taking a statin, but never think about their sugar or carb consumption. Low LDL and statins are a bandaid and don't address the real issue. All people need to do is: Focus on reducing inflammation and repairing their metabolic health.

"The longest lived people had high Cholesterol...I am a great defender of Cholesterol. It is a molecule of life." ~Dr Ben Bikman, PhD "Studies on longevity show that we need LDL to fight infections...it is an unsung hero of immunity." "The higher your LDL, the longer you live." Lowering LDL thru statin drugs has deadly & deleterious effects. For example, It has been documented that when LDL drops below 70 mg/dL, hemorrhagic strokes (brain bleeds) increase almost 3 fold. When total cholesterol is chemically lowered below 180 mg/dL the rate of cancer & dementia increases drastically. And when total cholesterol stays below 150, chronic illnesses like cancer & autoimmune diseases occur & cannot be healed nor put into remission. LDL is a transport molecule for cholesterol & is responsible for these key functions: 1) LDL maintains cell membrane structure & keeps electron flow stable. 2) It builds lipid rafts that organize cell signaling & redox balance. 3) LDL delivers fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E & K for critical functions. 4) It transports antioxidants like vitamin E to fight oxidative stress. 5) LDL supplies cholesterol to repair damaged tissues & membranes. 6) It provides raw material for making all steroid hormones. 7) LDL neutralizes bacterial toxins & supports innate immunity. 8) It helps structure water around membranes to maintain charge. 9) LDL buffers electromagnetic energy & supports cellular resilience. 10) It delivers energy-rich triglycerides to keep metabolism flexible.

Went to the doctor the other week My wife made the appointment She said I "look tired" I said I am tired She said "not normal tired. Weird tired." I don't know what that means but I went anyway Nice office Fish tank in the lobby Third one this year Signed in at 1:48pm My appointment was at 2:00pm 12 minutes early Because I was raised to believe that matters The receptionist said "the doctor is running a little behind" I said "how far behind" She said "about 45 minutes" I said "so my 2:00 appointment is actually a 2:45 appointment" She said "we appreciate your patience" I said "I haven't shown any yet" My wife grabbed my arm There was a sign behind the desk "Missed appointments without 24-hour notice will incur a $75 fee" The doctor was 45 minutes late Nobody offered me $75 We sat down CNN was playing on mute with subtitles Running a segment about New York City redesigning its trash cans Cost the city $4 million I looked at my wife She said "don't start" Seven magazines on the table All from 2019 I read an article about supply chain disruptions that have since been resolved Very informative My wife was on her phone She looked up and said "WebMD says you might be dehydrated" I said "so we're paying $1,800 for a second opinion on WebMD" She went back to her phone At 2:54pm they called my name A nurse walked me to a room Took my blood pressure Took my temperature Typed for three minutes Then said "the doctor will be right in" I sat on the paper The paper ripped immediately I looked at the wall There was a diagram of a colon Not how I planned to spend my Tuesday 3:19pm The doctor walked in 1 hour and 19 minutes after my scheduled appointment He was looking at his phone Shook my hand without making eye contact Sat down and read my chart for about 30 seconds While I sat there watching him learn who I was He said "so what brings you in today" I said "my wife thinks I look weird tired" He said "what does that mean" I said "I was hoping you'd tell me" He said "when's the last time you had bloodwork done" I said "2019 maybe" He said "we should run a full panel" I said "fine" He asked if I was sleeping well I said "I have three kids and a golden retriever who thinks 3am is a reasonable time to need outside" He said "are you drinking enough water" I said "probably not" He said "that might be it" I said "you think the reason I look weird tired is because I don't drink enough water" He said "dehydration is more common than people think" I said "I've been here over an hour and sat on a piece of paper that ripped to be told to drink water" He said "we'll know more when the bloodwork comes back" I said "when will that be" He said "3 to 5 business days" I said "business days" He said "yes" I said "my blood has business days" He didn't respond Then he said "any other concerns" I said "several. But none you can bill for." He shook my hand again Still no eye contact Total face time with the doctor: 6 minutes Total time in the building: 1 hour and 37 minutes I was examined for approximately 6% of the time I was present I've fired people for better numbers than that My wife was in the waiting room She asked how it went I said "I need to drink water" She said "I told you that last week" I said "yes but now it's a medical opinion so it costs $1,800" She didn't laugh In the car she said "at least now you know you're fine" I said "I was fine when I walked in. I just didn't have the receipt to prove it." She didn't disagree The bloodwork came back four business days later Everything was normal The doctor's office sent a message through their portal It said "results look great. Continue to stay hydrated and follow up in 12 months." Follow up in 12 months To be told to drink water again $1,800 1 hour and 37 minutes 6 minutes of face time One ripped piece of paper And the same advice my wife gave me for free Plz fix. Thx.
